Neon has entered into a definitive merger agreement with BioNTech SE Neon will be acquired by BioNTech SE in an all-stock transaction. The fixed exchange ratio will be 0.063 BioNTech securities for each share of Neon’s common stock. The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2020.
